UV-01.1.ex
UV flame detector
The UV-01.1.ex ultraviolet flame detector with a pressure-tight metal housing detects both fires with open flames and electric arcs in potentially explosive areas.
It responds to the UV-C radiation in the range of 185-260 nm, which is mainly contained in the edges of the flames, and is very suitable for open flames without smoke development.
The detector does not respond to sunlight, incandescent lamps, fluorescent tubes and flying sparks.
However, false triggering is possible with light sources that emit UV radiation.
This includes, for example, halogen and mercury vapor lamps, lightning, arcs during welding work and the reflections from these radiation sources.
In addition, smoke, dust and water vapor as well as dirt on the UV pane absorb the ultraviolet radiation and impair the detector’s response.

UV-
FALME DETECTOR
Ultraviolet flame detectors detect both open flame and arc fires and are particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
IR-
FALME DETECTOR
The infrared flame detector detects open flames and fires of both organic and inorganic materials and is well suited to flame detection.
UV-
SPARK DETECTOR
The infrared spark detector detects sparks and flames in closed systems, such as absolutely dark system parts with very little extraneous light incidence.
IR/UV-COMBI-FLAME DETECTOR
The IR/UV combination flame detector detects fires with an open flame involving carbon. This is well suited for open flames without smoke development.
