IR-01.1.ex
Infrared spark sensor
The IR-01.ex infrared spark sensor with pressure-tight encapsulated metal housing is used for the detection of sparks and flames in closed, potentially explosive systems The maximum of its spectral sensitivity is at about 830 nm. The device is well suited for sparks and flames with temperatures > 800°C.
It is designed for installation in parts of the system where it is completely dark and where no extraneous light is expected.
Daylight contains infrared portions which the device will respond to and thus can cause false tripping to occur. Applications for IR-01.ex are for example in electronic spark extinguishing units with monitoring units for early detection of fire or explosions.

UV-
FALME DETECTOR
Ultraviolet flame detectors detect both open flame and arc fires and are particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
IR-
FALME DETECTOR
The infrared flame detector detects open flames and fires of both organic and inorganic materials and is well suited to flame detection.
UV-
SPARK DETECTOR
The infrared spark detector detects sparks and flames in closed systems, such as absolutely dark system parts with very little extraneous light incidence.
IR/UV-COMBI-FLAME DETECTOR
The IR/UV combination flame detector detects fires with an open flame involving carbon. This is well suited for open flames without smoke development.
