UV-01.1
UV flame detector
The UV-01.1 ultraviolet flame detector detects both open flame fires and arcs.
It responds to the UV-C radiation in the range of 185…260 nm, which is mainly contained in the edges of the flames,
and is very suitable for open flames without smoke development.
The device is available with and without ventilation.
The detector does not respond to sunlight, incandescent lamps, fluorescent tubes and flying sparks.
False triggering is possible, however, with light sources that emit UV radiation. These include, for example, halogen and mercury vapor lamps, lightning, arcs during welding work and the reflections of these radiation sources.
Smoke, dust and water vapor as well as dirt on the UV pane also absorb the ultraviolet radiation and impair the detector’s response.
Caution!
Do not place window glass in front of the detector. The detector cannot detect fire through window glass.

Only clean the viewing pane with a damp cloth, risk of static charge! -> False triggering
